Apprenticeships at Norwood
Norwood's apprenticeship training programme has been developed by industry for industry. Everything you learn is relevant to the workplace. Our industry is exciting, dynamic, and innovative. Each day is different.
Apprenticeships involve problem solving and effective communication. You'll need to have an enquiring mind and self-determination. You'll need to be a hands-on person, who likes working with machinery. And you'll need to be committed to putting in the personal time to complete online assessments when they are due.
We're looking for people with a minimum school qualification of NCEA Level 2, a minimum Class 1 restricted drivers licence, and a can-do attitude.
A Norwood apprenticeship equips you with:

Up to five years of on-the-job training (depending on the qualification)

Training and working alongside experienced and knowledgeable staff, including your own personal mentor who will support your learning journey
