KUHN Profile 2 CL Mixer Wagon
With capacities starting at 18 m3 and ranging up to 34 m3, these machines are ideal for larger scale farms and manoeuvring around tight spaces. This new range of PROFILE mixer wagons sets a whole new standard in the trailed mixer wagon sector.
The PROFILE 2 CL mixer wagons have been designed to make the most of maximum tub capacity with the lowest possible overall height. Available with single axles for the 18 to 26 m3 models and with bogie axles for the 28 to 34 m3 models, the PROFILE 2 CL mixer wagons are built to handle the yard and the road.
Features & Benefits
The height/width ratio of the mixing tub places the mixers in the PROFILE 2 CL range firmly among the most compact solutions on the market. The integrated chassis reduces overall height, while retaining excellent ground clearance. For example, the PROFILE 26 m3 unit stands 3.01 m tall.
- The weighing system on the PROFILE 2 CL range is designed with load cells integrated into a cradle between the axle and the tub. The load cells are positioned in the direction of travel of the machine, not perpendicularly. None of the constraints related to transport affect the structure of the load cells.
- As standard, feed can be distributed on the left or right-hand side. The conveyor is driven by a hydraulic motor at each end guaranteeing perfect operation regardless of the rotation direction. The PVC belt ensures that fodder does not travel back underneath the belt. The feed passage always remains clean after distribution.
- The FLEXILIFT conveyor is designed with a continuous belt. There is no product loss in the feed passage, unlike standard tilting conveyors and cross-conveyors, which have joints.
