New VTI 60 terminal completes KUHN’s range of ISOBUS terminals

KUHN’s new VTI 60 terminal incorporates advanced design features and ISOBUS compatibility to increase the user’s experience.

VTI stands for Virtual Terminal ISOBUS and includes the following features:

  • a large 5.7”/14.5cm colour touch screen positioned between the VT 30 terminal (3.5’’/14.5cm) and the CCI 800 terminal (8’’/20.3cm).
  • 12 hard keys in addition to its soft keys, positioned on the right-hand side of the terminal for easy access and backlit to facilitate night work.

The VTI terminal is in the process of being ISOBUS-certified by the AEF for the following functions:

  • UT for the display and control of ISOBUS machines.
  • AUX-N to use an ISOBUS joystick to control machine functions, such as the CCI A3 joystick or the tractor joystick.
  • TECU to retrieve data from the tractor (ground speed, PTO speed, etc.).
  • ISB to stop the machine functions.

The VTI 60 will be compatible with different brands of ISOBUS machines and connect directly to the tractor’s in-cab 9-pin ISOBUS socket. An optional harness is available if the tractor does not have the necessary socket.

This terminal is perfectly suited to conventional control functions or as an additional terminal to extend the operator’s in-cab display area. For precision farming and GPS automation solutions, opt for a CCI 800 or CCI 1200 terminal.
