Väderstad Carrier XT 425-625 Mounted Disc Cultivator
The Väderstad Carrier XT 425-625 is a mounted foldable disc cultivator with discs positioned in an x-shape, available in 4.25, 5.25 or 6.25 metre working width. It can be fitted with 450 or 470mm diameter discs. It has excellent contour following and impressive penetration ability for its weight.
The working depth is set from the tractor cab, enabling adaptation to varying conditions in the field.

Carrier is a disc cultivator used for high-speed primary tillage and seedbed preparation. The wide range of front tools, discs and packers enables Carrier to handle the versatile challenges of modern farming.
- A main feature of Carrier XT is its hydraulically rotating disc axles. Thereby Carrier XT is able to optimize the cut-out performance at shallow depth, while increasing the depth precision at deeper working depths.
- Carrier XT discs are positioned in an x-shape, which enables the lateral forces to cancel each other out. The x-disc format guarantees that the machine will always run dead straight behind the tractor.
- The working depth is controlled hydraulically from the cab. This provides Carrier X with high precision and versatility on varying soil types.
